Welcome to PredictMyMarket.

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the PredictMyMarket website, mobile applications, games, prediction markets, virtual coins, features, content, and related services (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing or using PredictMyMarket, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Platform.

  1. About PredictMyMarket PredictMyMarket is a free-to-play prediction and forecasting platform.

The Platform allows users to participate in prediction challenges relating to sports, entertainment, technology, business, current events, economics, and other subjects.

PredictMyMarket is designed for entertainment, learning, forecasting, and friendly competition.

  • Cannot be sold for money
  • Cannot be transferred for monetary consideration
  • Do not represent an investment

  • Do not constitute a deposit
  • Do not generate interest or financial returns

PredictMyMarket does not provide users with a facility to deposit or wager real money on predictions.

  1. Obtaining Virtual Coins Virtual coins may be provided through Platform activities such as:
  • Account or daily participation rewards
  • Prediction activities
  • Challenges
  • Achievements
  • Promotional campaigns
  • Other activities determined by PredictMyMarket

The availability, amount, frequency, and conditions of virtual coin rewards may change at any time.

PredictMyMarket may limit, suspend, remove, or adjust virtual coin balances where necessary to correct errors, prevent abuse, or maintain fair gameplay.

  1. Prediction Markets Prediction markets presented on PredictMyMarket may relate to real-world or publicly observable events.

Users may select or submit predictions according to the rules displayed for each market.

Each market may have its own:

  • Question
  • Available outcomes
  • Closing time
  • Resolution criteria
  • Result source
  • Participation rules

Users are responsible for reviewing the rules of a market before participating.

  1. Market Resolution Prediction markets will be resolved using the information and resolution criteria specified for that market.

Where appropriate, PredictMyMarket may rely on publicly available information, official announcements, recognised sources, or other reliable information to determine an outcome.

If an event cannot be reasonably resolved according to the stated rules, PredictMyMarket may cancel, void, or otherwise resolve the market according to its published resolution rules.

PredictMyMarket's resolution decision may be final for Platform gameplay purposes.

  1. Leaderboards and Rankings PredictMyMarket may provide leaderboards, rankings, scores, levels, achievements, badges, or other competitive features.

Rankings may be calculated using factors such as:

  • Prediction performance
  • Accuracy
  • Virtual coin performance
  • XP
  • Participation
  • Completed challenges
  • Other Platform-defined criteria

Leaderboard positions are for entertainment and competitive recognition only.

  1. Fair Play Users must use PredictMyMarket fairly and honestly.

You must not:

  • Manipulate prediction outcomes
  • Create fraudulent accounts
  • Use automated bots to gain an unfair advantage
  • Exploit software bugs or vulnerabilities
  • Attempt to manipulate leaderboards
  • Use scripts or automated tools where prohibited
  • Interfere with Platform operations
  • Attempt to access another user's account
  • Submit misleading or fraudulent information
  • Abuse promotional or reward systems

We may investigate suspected abuse and take appropriate action.

  1. Prohibited Activities You must not use PredictMyMarket to:
  • Break applicable laws
  • Commit fraud
  • Conduct unauthorised financial activity
  • Harass or threaten other users
  • Upload malicious software
  • Attempt unauthorised access to the Platform
  • Interfere with Platform security
  • Circumvent technical restrictions
  • Scrape or copy Platform data without permission
  • Manipulate Platform functionality
  • Misrepresent your identity

Use the Platform for commercial purposes without our permission where such permission is required

  1. User Content Users may be permitted to submit comments, predictions, opinions, questions, or other content.

You remain responsible for content you submit.

You must not submit content that:

  • Is fraudulent or misleading
  • Infringes intellectual property rights
  • Contains malicious software
  • Contains personal information belonging to another person without permission
  • Promotes harassment or abuse
  • Violates applicable laws

We may remove or restrict content that violates these Terms or creates a risk to the Platform or its users.

  1. Intellectual Property All Platform content and materials, including but not limited to:
  • Logos
  • Branding
  • Website design
  • Graphics
  • Software
  • Text
  • Interface elements
  • Original articles
  • Features
  • Databases
  • Trademarks

are owned by or licensed to PredictMyMarket and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may use the Platform for personal and lawful purposes.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit Platform materials without prior written permission, except where permitted by applicable law.

  1. Third-Party Services and Links The Platform may use or link to third-party services, websites, analytics providers, advertising networks, authentication services, or other external services.

Third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies.

PredictMyMarket is not responsible for the availability, content, security, privacy practices, or policies of third-party services.

  1. Advertisements PredictMyMarket may display advertisements from third-party advertising providers, including Google AdSense.

Advertisements may appear on different areas of the Platform.

PredictMyMarket does not endorse or guarantee products or services advertised by third parties unless explicitly stated.

Users should independently evaluate third-party products and services.

  1. Platform Availability We aim to keep PredictMyMarket available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

The Platform may occasionally be unavailable because of:

  • Maintenance
  • Technical problems
  • Security incidents
  • Server issues
  • Network problems
  • Updates
  • Circumstances beyond our reasonable control

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any Platform feature at any time.

  1. Account Suspension or Termination We may suspend or terminate an account if we reasonably believe that the user:

Where appropriate, we may also remove virtual coins, scores, achievements, rankings, or other gameplay data associated with prohibited activity.

  1. Disclaimer of Warranties PredictMyMarket is provided on an "as available" and "as is" basis to the extent permitted by applicable law.

We do not guarantee that:

  • The Platform will always be available
  • Information will always be complete or accurate
  • Predictions will be correct
  • Market results will always be available
  • The Platform will be free from errors
  • The Platform will be completely secure
  • Every feature will remain available
  1. No Financial or Investment Advice PredictMyMarket is not a financial advisory, investment, trading, brokerage, or financial services platform.

Information provided on the Platform should not be considered financial, investment, legal, tax, or professional advice.

Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in India, subject to applicable law.
